Ticketing & Reservation

• Deposit and payment

Deposit required upon booking is 50% of tour/package cost. Balance payment must be made at least 15 days from the date of departure. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

• Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as follows:

* > than 30 days from date of departure : Forfeiture of deposit.
* 15-30 days from date of departure : 50% of package fare.
* 07-14 days from date of departure : 75% of package fare.
* < than 7 days from date of departure : 100% of package fare.

• Refund

No refund, whether in full or in part will be given for any unutilized portion/services stated in the package.

• Tour Fare Inclusion

(which are stated in the tour itineraries)

* Air ticket(*) - return economy class group/individual air ticket which non-refundable and non-negotiable.
* Accommodation - based on half twin sharing for adults, Single supplement shall be charged for passenger occupying 1 room either by choice or by circumstances. In case of triple sharing, normally a rollaway bed will be provided for the 3rd person. Child fare without bed is based on the child as a 3rd person in a twin/double room of 2 adults without any extra bed.
* Meals, transfers, sightseeing and others services - only as specified in the itinerary.
* Baggage allowance - not exceeding 20kg per person.

• Tour Fare Exclusion

(which are not stated in the tour itineraries)
Airport taxes, passport/visa fees, personal/baggage insurance, room services, additional food & beverage orders and all other items not specified in the Tour Fare inclusion.

• Extension Of Stay / Deviation

Extension of stay or deviation on/after the last day of the tour is permitted subject to the ticket validity and respective terms and conditions of the airlines. Such request, preferably made at the time of booking is subject to confirmation. All related expenses and surcharges by the airlines shall be borne by the passengers.

• Amendment Charges

An administrative fees of RM150 shall be imposed for each amendment of a confirmed booking. No amendment shall be made within 14 days from the departure date.

• Travel Insurance

All passengers are recommended to purchase a travel insurance scheme covering accident, medical, baggage and personal effects.

• Travel Documents

It shall be the passengers responsibility to ensure that they have a passport valid for minimum 6 months from the date of departure and a valid visa where necessary. In the event, a passenger is not able to join the tour due to improper travel documents, the full cancellation fees shall apply.

• Liability

Our company acts only as agents for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants and all other contractors. We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss to person or property, additional expense, accidental delays or any other irregularity which may be caused either through willful or negligent acts of omission on the part of the companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation on land, sea or air, accommodation or other services relating to the execution of the tour or through natural calamities or Government restrictions, strikes or other factors beyond our control. We reserves the right to alter or amend any arrangements contained in the itineraries when deemed necessary and in the interest of the clients.

• General Clauses

The following shall be responsibility of the passenger should any of the below stated occurs:

* Additional expenses due to delays or changes in transport services, illness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes.
* Extension of stay where flight arrangements cannot be confirmed.
* Any accidents or damage or loss of baggage, monies or other personal effects
* Deportation or refusal of entry of the passenger by the immigration Authorities due to whatsoever reasons which are beyond the control of our Company.

• Tour Leader

Our Company will not provide an accompanying tour leader for a tour group size of below 10 passengers.

• Rights

Our Company reserves the right to change or modify, with or without notice, the itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation when necessary.

Our Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the tour at any time prior to departure due to insufficient group size or for any other reason whatsoever. In case this should happen, the entire payment shall be refunded without any further obligation on the part of our Company.
